SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING / HANDLING:
We use USPS First Class mail as our standard delivery method and only ship to USA. This method usually takes 1-3 days for delivery. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and passed on to you. We do not add any handling or admin fees to the shipping costs. What you pay is what we pay to the carrier. You will be advised of any shipping fees on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province to which the products are shipped. In this case, Pennsylvania.
We are not responsible for what happens to your package once it is dispatched and in the hands of the United States Post Office. Delays may occur, especially during the holidays. Contact us immediately if you haven't received your order. You may be entitled to a credit, however, postage is non refundable. We research thoroughly before any refunds are given.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless it is a result of our error (ie: if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If this is the case, we will refund your item(s). However, we must be notified within 3 business days of the issue for a credit. We will not accept cancellations once an order is placed after 8 hours. All of our products are formulated for all skin types, however, if you have specific concerns, please consult with your doctor first ( a list of ingredients are listed with each product).
